How do I register for classes?
Registration is completed online through our Google form. You must register for an entire session. Upon completing the form, you will be expected to submit payment via Zelle or Venmo. You will receive a confirmation email that confirms your successful enrollment.
What if my child misses a class?
These are progressive classes and regular attendance is highly recommended. Make-up classes are encouraged.
Are parents allowed in class?
No. We’ve found that it’s best for dancers if children are dropped at the door and picked up once class has ended. If you have a concern about your dancer, please email us prior to class and we will discuss the best path forward. We prioritize a positive learning environment and love when students come excited, enthusiastic and ready to dance!
What should I bring to class?
Each dancer should bring a water bottle. Outdoor shoes and bags should be kept outside of the studio. Chewing gum and food are not allowed.

What should I wear to class?
Dancers are expected to wear Fitzpatrick School spirit wear, available for purchase exclusively at Kiddles Sports in Market Square. We open the e-store 2-3 times a year so keep an eye on your emails! All dancers must wear the proper attire by their second session (new dancers can wear a navy t-shirt and shorts/skort). Ballet, gym and jazz shoes are suitable for new and beginner dancers. All continuing dancers must have proper Irish soft and heavy shoes.

Will I have the opportunity to perform?
Yes! Shows are a wonderful place to practice steps while sharing the beauty of Irish dance. We encourage each and every dancer to participate in shows as our performance calendar gets booked. Show opportunities are sent through our private school newsletter.

Will I have the opportunity to compete?
Yes! We recommend that all dancers compete in at least one feis a year with teacher permission.
